Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary at Wichita Riverfest, Kansas’ biggest outdoor party returning to downtown Wichita May 29 through June 6, 2026. This year’s festival will feature America250-themed celebrations throughout Riverfest, including the “America’s 250th” Sundown Parade, patriotic-themed fireworks during the Capitol Federal Firework Finale, and themed food and beverage offerings as the community comes together to celebrate.
